It would be great if it could also convert inplace (optionally delete old files as it goes). I'd like the capability of batching it like dbpoweramp does.
I'd like to experiment with converting my library from 16bit to 24bit. I suppose I could convert to another lossless format and then back to flac, but that's a pain. The codec seems to be loaded for reading but then can't be loaded again for writing at the same time. Then I figured I tried reducing compression to get around the same bug. Then I went to play the file and it played 1/2 speed (it screwed up). Then I converted back to flac (with missing tags).
I could not set the word size going flac to flac so I had to convert to wave. I tried to downsample a 24/96 Flac to 24/48 due to a bug in SqueezeBox3. I had a few let downs with DbPoweramp lately.
